Sweet Protection has one, simple goal; To protect people, so that they can keep playing their entire life. Our products are made so that everyone can push the limits of play, no matter the playground.
Sweet Protection is here to support you in this uncertain time. We are following the guidelines of authorities in the many parts of the world where we operate. The safety and health of our employees, customers, athletes and communities is most important.
It is Sweet Protection’s heritage and mission to protect. We want you, our friends, family and partners in outdoor pursuits to take the necessary precautions so that we can all Live to Play Another Day.
We all have the responsibility to help
With the spread of COVID-19 our playgrounds are limited. For how long, we don’t know. We kindly ask all of you to take all precautions and advice stated by health professionals and governments. While we normally encourage all of you to explore and push your boundaries, we feel now is the time for consideration and restraint. First responders, medical personnel and community health organizations are being pushed to their limits. It is for this reason we ask you to stay home, keep a safe distance, be smart and don’t put yourself or anyone else at risk. We all have the responsibility to help stop the spread of the virus and only together we can do it.
Further, we as a company are trying, as best as we can, to keep vital business operations as normal as possible. To ensure the safety of our team, we have established opportunities to work from home for all that are able to. Our offices are being regularly disinfected and we have installed antibacterial sanitation stations. In accordance with recommended practices during this time, we have stopped all business-related travel and are using digital aids to communicate.

Warehouse, shipping and deliveries
Our warehouses are open and committed to all safety precautions to ensure that they operate safely and according to governmental guidelines, including social distancing and hygienic etiquette, so that you can feel safe when receiving products shipped from our facilities.
We are using PostNord for all deliveries in the Nordic Countries and UPS for the rest of the world. We are currently delivering according to plan and are experiencing only minor delays on orders. See more about deliveries and shipping below.
Please note that shipping service is currently affected in some areas by the Covid-19 situation. Some UPS service points are not available, and the situation can rapidly change.

If you of some reason cannot pick up your order from your local service point, please rest assure that the order will be returned to us and you will receive a full refund.
Orders placed with Klarna invoice specifically: Please notify Klarna about a return if you cannot pick up your order. This will keep you from receiving additional expenses.
Our customer service teams are currently working from home, but just as ready to answer whatever question or request you might have. Our operations are active at normal office hours, Monday to Friday:
Europe: 09:00 – 15:00 (GMT +2).
US and Canada: 8am – 4pm (Mountain Time)
*NOTE: Our full US team is working from home meaning that our office phone lines are not answered. Please use e-mail or any other digital channel in this period.
Please also note that our Customer Service will be closed during the public holidays in Easter. If you have a request pending, we will get back to you ASAP.
