Shell Technologies

The outer shell is the first layer of protection. We use shells with variable rigidity and elasticity. Optimized to give the ultimate protection with the variable geometry of the head.

ABS Race Shell

Our injection molded ABS Thermoplastic Shell- Race is very impact resistant through its special rubber toughened construction. The shell is molded with extreme precision to offer the best performance to weight ratio.

Variable Elasticity Advanced Hybrid Shell

The unique lightweight Advanced Hybrid shell construction is a combination of an in-mold helmet and a hard shell helmet. The hard shells reinforce the circumference of the helmet helping to transfer the load of impacts in critical areas, while the in-molded areas ensures elasticity is kept where needed.

Pre-Preg Carbon / Polyamide Fiber hybrid Shell

The Carbon Fiber Hybrid shell is our most ad vanced carbon fiber composite shell. Each shell is hand made in an advanced multi-direction lay-up, ensuring optimized impact and penetration performance for speed events. A high pressure molding process makes sure the shell has minimum voids.

Composite Drop Impact Protection (CDIP) Shell´

An internal composite shell that covers the crown area of the helmet. The purpose of the Composite Drop Impact Protection (CDIP) shell is to disperse impacts from falling objects while allowing us to keep the volume of the helmet down.

Thermoplastic Laminated Carbon Fiber (TLC) Shell

The Thermoplastic laminated carbonfiber shell combines the elasticity of injection-molded thermoplastic with the rigidity and strength of carbon fiber. It enables us to very effectively tune the shell for different properties in different areas for optimized performance.
