Meet Jake. Big mountain skier, trail ripper and "ski movie star" in the Dollar Short. You might remember his double back flip into Corbett's in Kings & Queen's but we are sure you ain't seen nothing yet about what the future holds for this Sweet Protection athlete.

Trampolines have been my favorite thing since I was 12 years old
What drives you?
Traveling to new places, being able to ski in new mountains is one of the coolest things I can think of.
What’s the wildest thing you’ve been part of?
2020 Kings and Queens of Corbets in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Such a crazy event with insane athletes

What animal would you be and why?
Moose! Those things are huge. And also can run though like 4 feet of snow without a problem. I was on a bike ride the other day and saw one, cool animals.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
A good family friend told me to pursue my passion before anything else, and everything else will fall into place. That has really stuck with me through the years, and has allowed me to excel in what I do!

What book has made an impact on you?
50 Classic Ski Descents of North America. I couldn't tell you how many times I've read that book growing up. So many of those lines peak my interest. That style of skiing is where I would like to progress in the future.
Favorite music to get you fired up?
Such a hard question! My music changes so much, last winter was a lot of rap and reggae music. My all time favorite album is the Clarence Greenwood Recordings by Citizen Cope.
